Why OnePlus 2 Might Fail As the Flagship Killer!

For the OnePlus 2, the HYPE was real! We now have seen hands-on about this device and what it can do and what it brings to the table. But, we also seen what it can not do and what deal breakers it lost and might cause it not to deliver on its promise as the Flagship Killer.  Although, some of its specs are up to par with the Galaxy S6, M9, G4, and the iPhone 6 Plus, it was missing out on some key features.  Last years's OnePlus One came with NFC.  This year's OnePlus 2 doesn't include it as of right now.  This is a major "Oh-no ".  NFC you will need it for one major function "Android Pay".  Android Pay will be Google's revamp of Google Wallet.  Which will allow you to make purchases with your Android smartphones at grocery stores, gas stations, department stores and so on.. Hopefully OnePlus makes a fix. If not, you are not going to want to purchase the phone.  Also another issue here is that this device won't come with a SD card slot. As we have recently seen Samsung make this move with the Galasy S6 and S6 Edge and possibly the Galaxy Note 5, OnePlus has also made sacrifice by not accepting SD card slots into their phones.  Your only choices this year with the OnePlus 2 are a 16GB internal and 64GB internal storage version of the phone.  These are you only choices. For goodness sake, why are companies still making 16GB internal storages on high-end smartphones? Even reports out are even saying that Apple's iPhone 6s is suppose to still bring a 16GB of internal memory to its flagships.  Once again, Why! But, these are besides the points. Also, OnePlus 2 is equipped with the SnapDragon 810, which is also in the HTC One M9.  This chip has been the talk of the year for its overheating madness.  No word yet on if this is going on in the OnePlus 2 right now. But, will keep a close eye on this as more updates and news continue to unfold. day-by-day.  OnePlus 2 also doesnt come with a removable battery as well.  To some, this can be a big deal.  But, once again I must reference to Samsung as this is becoming a infamous trend and it spreading like a wild-fire! With the 3,000 mah battery in the OnePlus 2 and a Snapdragon 810 chip, better pray battery life isn't a pain as this phone isn't equipped with a quick charger! What in the world OnePlus? What are you doing to your consumers!   One more thing! The OnePlus 2 doesn't have is the Wireless Charging! No Wireless Charging at all is discovered here guys. You have to charge your device up using the USB Type C. Which seems pretty cool and nice and gamechanger.  But, there is another issue here.  It will take about up to 4 hours to charge your device up to 100%! Now, who wants to wait that long for their device to charge up?  Are you all not seeing the big picture here?  This should turn you all away from this device! Its really a NO BRAINER! The only thing that look attractive at this point is the price for the 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory on phone is its price tag @ $389.99! We will talk about that in another article. But, remember what all you are missing and losing out of.  This, my followers, and viewers, and readers is why the OnePlus 2 fails as being a "Flagship Killer".

Motorola Has the True Flagship Killers!

Motorola just possibly may have announced the best phones of the year! Yes, Moto Play, Moto Style, and the Moto G 2015 Edition all look freaking amazing! They cost a third or 2 as some of the other flagship devices that are already out! None of these phones will even cost over $300-$400! Not to mention, they are all off contract! These phones are unlocked as well, so you can go to any major carrier with them.  The cameras on these phones are by far some of the better ones other than the iPhone 6, Galaxy S6, and LG G4.  Plus you can customize them with the Moto Maker on Motorola's website.  You also will have one of the best assistance on your phone other than Google Now, which is the Moto Assistance. Based on the conference video, she seems to be more accurate than previous versions of her. You also get water resistance with the Moto G now because Motorola understands that accidents happen.  They will all come micro SD card slots and will be able to insert 128GB of extra memory plus the internal memory.  They will also come with Turbo chargers for longer battery life.  They will also have NFC as well (Unlike OnePlus Two, cough).  The displays will range from 5-5.7"inch FHD displays! The RAMs will vary between 1-3GB, depends on which models you choose.  Either way, with that Motorola has announced today alone, Apple, Samsung, LG, and HTC now have their hands full! To be all honest, there should be no reason that Motorola fails this year. They now have the unbeatable phones! To OnePlus, I say the Moto Play, Style and Moto G 2015 are all the flagship killers! Moto G, X Style, and X Play all come with stock android and NO BLOATWARE!!!! How I Made My iPod Touch 5G Into a iPhone!

I will bring up iOS every now and then.  But not too often.  I actually do like the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.  Apple went out of their way to keep up with the Androids in the world such as Nexus, LG, HTC, and of course Samsung.  But enough of all the blah blah.  In the image above, you see that that is not an iPhone. No? No, is correct.  It is an iPod Touch 5G 32GB model to be exact.  The reason why I am mentioning the iPod Touch now is for even so long that Apple has still have the 5G and no 6G announced.  The 5G 16GB model only cost $179.99 every now and then. While the 32GB is $239 and 64GB is usually $299.  Well, you still can download all the great iOS apps and Google and even Microsoft apps as well on the iPod Touch. You can still use iMessage and even FaceTime just an iPhone can.  The main difference is that iPhone has data network from several carriers and Wifi, while the iPod Touch only has Wifi.  Well, actually there are ways you can give your iPod Touch a data connection as well as wifi. You can use a device called the iPod Touch Sleeve or a mobile Hotspot that uses a data network connection. Not just wifi, but also data.  One particular company is called Freedompop. HBO NOW is out on Apple TV and iOS Devices

A month ago, Apple and HBO had announced this great partnership.  HBO app was coming to iOS and the Apple TV.  Unfortunately, this is a exclusive deal only.  So if you do not have a Apple device such as the Apple TV or iPad or iPhone, then you are out of luck.  This will be great for on the go and for people that do not use cable or DirecTV.  Maybe this will be the break out of the quote "Cut the Cord" or "Cut the Cable".  Now with the HBO Now, all you would need to watch it is internet access or Data such as 4G and LTE.  There is a subscription for this great app. You sign up first, if you haven't already, then you try it out for 30 days. After your 30 days are up, then you will be paying $14.99 per month for HBO.  For this and the price, do you think it is worth it?  Is this enough for you to stop paying for cable and DirecTV? Do you already not have NetFlix, Hulu and Crackle accounts to watch all the movies and best originals? What about the Amazon users, Androids, and Windows users? This week was Apple's week! A lot came out of the Apple watch event today.  So we know what the apple watch can do and how much it cost. So from what you all seen by the watch.  Also there was  an announcement for retina displays in the Macbooks.  They also will have another upgrade chipset in their macbook airs and pro lines as well.  We also seen the new USB C-Type which was shown in the new Macbooks.  This new USB is to be way powerful and more superior than the rest that is out there to date.  But, it is brand new to the market. More information coming soon.  Along with the Apple Watch and Macbooks, there was also an OS update to iOS.  IOS 8.2 is now available to upgrade your iphones and iPads with and is suppose to be compatible with the new Apple Watch as well once the Watch is released to the consumers.  This week also brought an announcement from the CEO of HBO. Starting in April, HBONOW will launch and release for the iPhone, iPads, and the Apple TV.  Now, some reports were suggesting that the HBONOW would be on free trial for 1 month, then after would be $14.99, while the CEO of HBO had later said 3 months of free trial and then 14.99 a month.  Either way, it looks like the Internet might be taking over your livingroom and everywhere else.  So with all the news and announcements, which ones were you excited about and not so excited for?  Please leave your comments below.   Thanks

The iphone 5s is going to be the game changer now in the smartphone industry.  As I know of, this phone is the first smartphone with a 64-bit processor.  This is as powerful as your desktop computer.  It is also 56x faster than the iPhone 5!  Wow! Talk about speed.  In the image above, as you can see, it has a desktop-class architecture of 64-bit.  A little demo of Infinity Blade III showed this power off of how fast and speedy the frame rates and gameplay was. Apple releasing CHEAP iPhones this Fall?

Not the biggest fan of Apple these days? Could a cheaper iPhone change your interest? Maybe iPhones in many colors? Well, just in case you haven't heard, Apple has an event on September 10th.  It will be major event due to losses and revenue and stock drops.  Rumors about a cheaper iPhone and iPhone 5S or 5C have been talked about the most these past couple months. Is the cheap iPhone real? Will it be called the iPhone 5C? There have been so many unanswered questions right now to rather or not Apple can still compete and if so, in which market.  Think about it, if Apple is selling a cheaper iPhone, what would be the price for this phone off a contract or as a non-contract iPhone?  Are consumers really willing to spend $400-$600 on a non-contract iPhone?

Apple 9/12/12 event its almost here

Apple has made it clear that there will be special event on September 12, 2012. There were emails sent out to specific persons about this event. The word has gotten out everywhere.  Rumors and speculation are that this event will include iPhone 5 or the new iPhone. If you take a look at the photo below, there hinting about this as well with number 5 right under the number 12.  Which may mean a million things in our eyes or maybe one.  Also the upgrades of the iPods are supposed to be features in this event as well. Hey maybe even ios 6. We all are hoping as we were last year around this time when Steve Jobs had announce the iPhone 4S. Hopefully we are not fooled this next coming week and month.
