FreedomPop Anniunced New Wifi Plan that only costs 4.95 per month

Tired of shelling out every month for an expensive 4G LTE contract? FreedomPop just announced a Wi-Fi-based alternative that’s as untraditional as it is enticing. For just $5 per month the company is offering access to a nationwide blanket of 10 million hotspots.

As you can see in the map shown, FreedomPop’s Wi-Fi network doesn’t exactly cover the entire country equally, but if you’re in a major metropolitan area there shouldn’t be any issues. The company tells TechCrunch that it’s new service is a valid option for roughly 120 million American residents. The Wi-Fi itself will work on multiple devices, simply requiring an app that’s available now for Android and coming soon to iOS.

The company says it partnered with number of chains including McDonalds, Starbucks, Burger King and Best Buy. If you’re in range of one of these stores, you’ll connect to the Wi-Fi automatically. If not, you can always use one of FreedomPop’s data plans, which offer up to 500MB of cellular data, 500 texts and 200 minutes of calling per month for free. That may not sound like a lot, but if you’re always connected to Wi-Fi it may actually be more than you need.

You want to be cable free? Heres how

For some time now, there have been different types of ways to watch TV. You have Computers that have streaming applications, TVs with built in Wifi for your Netflix and Hulu Plus. You have your internet boxes such as Roku, Chromecast, and Apple TV box.  You even can watch movies and TV shows right from your tablet and smartphones via app stores.  But this is all true, then why are so many consumers still paying for cable and satellite TV? Check out my video below as I explain my thoughts on saying "No to cable" and "Cut the cable bill".

Hp bluetooth mouse z8000 review

The HP Bluetooth Mouse Z8000! Boy! That is a long name.  But besides the name, this Bluetooth Mouse is top of the line. It is very slick and super thin! There no buttons at all on this mouse. Just two clicks underneath it.  You have a click for the left and a click for the right.  Also with this mouse, you have scrolling options as well.  It is great with using Windows 8.1 in all the right places. It works much better than a standard trackpad.  I definitely would recommend this Bluetooth mouse for those of you who are using a Windows 8.1 laptop or desktop.  For video hands-on, check out the video link below.

Netflix and Samsung team up

For Netflix subscribers that are planning on picking up a Galaxy S5, a Galaxy Note 4 or Galaxy Tab S from Samsung, a newly leaked image suggests that a pretty big bonus will be included. As revealed by Android Central based on an anonymous leak, Samsung and Netflix will begin a promotion on Sunday, January 4, that will see a year’s worth of Netflix offered with no extra charge.
As noted on the image above, that’s a $100 value. The promotion also includes access to Milk Music — Samsung’s own music streaming service — for those who are open to new modes of listening to their favorite tunes.
The promotion will only last until January 17, though, and according to the original report it will only be available to the first 115,000 people that go through the steps to access the promotion and reap the rewards. For those who do buy one of the aforementioned devices, just head to SamsungPromotions.com to register the device. Once that’s done, and if the site accepts the information, then the credits necessary for 12 months of Netflix will be forked over. The best news is that this can be used for both new and existing Netflix subscribers.
