Microsoft is having a lawsuit against Motorola for taking their patents for their internet wifi services. This has been a on going battle for Microsoft. It is causing them to lose. It has already made a impact on gamers in Germany which have banned the 360 over a month ago. Now its trying to hit here at home in the US. If it does effect homeland, what will that mean to 360 owners or people that wanted to own one? Should Microsoft be worried about this issue here in America? Will the court system come through and save the 360? If the courts agree to ban it, they have to pass it down to the White House. The president will have the last saying about rather to ban 360 or not. So is this the end for the 360? Deadline to find out is set to ne in August.
